Privacy record for site visitors

This notice explains which information 3witchpots.org can process, the purpose and legal basis for each activity, how long records are kept and the choices available to an individual under UK data-protection law.

1. Organisation responsible for processing

For the purposes of UK data-protection law, the controller is:
Northgate Digital Media Ltd
85 Great Portland Street, illustrative, W1W 7LT
Privacy contact: [email protected]

2. Technical request logs

A hosting request can generate technical records including browser and operating-system details, the ISP domain, IP address, requested URL and access time. They are used to deliver pages and investigate security events, not to assemble a marketing profile. Processing is based on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR, and the stated log-retention period is 30 days.

3. Browser storage

Storage is divided into the following purposes:

  • Essential browser records support requested functions, such as retaining a display preference. The stated basis is Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR.
  • Aggregate analytics including Cloudflare Web Analytics, are described as combined statistics without retained IP addresses. Where a cookie requires permission, it is placed only after consent under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR.
  • Operator attribution cookies may be set by the casino operator after a visitor deliberately follows a recommendation link.

The complete category inventory appears in the cookie controls notice.

4. Page delivery through Cloudflare

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, processes request data needed to deliver and protect a page, which can include IP address, timestamp, user agent and requested URL. The recorded basis is Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR. Transfers to the USA are described as relying on standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare publishes further information in its own privacy notice at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

5. Typeface delivery

Fonts are delivered from the site's Cloudflare edge path rather than by making a separate request to a third-party font host such as Google Fonts.

6. Commercial outbound links

Some pages link to casino operators. A commission may be earned if a visitor follows such a link and later registers or deposits. 3witchpots.org records combined attribution statistics rather than the player's casino-account data. The destination operator is responsible for its own cookies and processing under its published notices.

7. Information sent by email

Details contained in an email are retained while the question and any necessary follow-up are handled. They are not disclosed without permission unless a legal requirement applies. Service-related requests rely on Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR; other correspondence relies on Article 6(1)(f). Records are removed when no longer needed, subject to mandatory retention duties.

8. Encryption in transit

3witchpots.org uses SSL/TLS to protect information while it travels between browser and server. A correctly secured session uses an address beginning with https:// and the browser's secure-connection indicator.

9. Individual data rights

UK GDPR provides rights that may apply according to the circumstances:

  • requesting a copy of personal data under Article 15 UK GDPR
  • correcting incomplete or wrong information under Article 16
  • requesting erasure where Article 17 applies
  • limiting processing under Article 18
  • receiving portable data under Article 20
  • objecting to specified processing under Article 21
  • withdrawing consent prospectively under Article 7(3)

Requests can be sent to [email protected]. The stated response period is within 30 days, subject to the conditions allowed by law.

10. Complaints

A person may complain about data handling to the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office. Current contact and complaint channels are published by the ICO at ico.org.uk.

11. Revisions to this notice

The notice is amended when processing activities or legal requirements change. The version displayed at the time of a visit is the current record.
